As of October 27, 2026, we are receiving many inquiries about our SOC / NOC services, so replies may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

Infrastructure

Our services run on a network and GPU platform owned and operated within the Purple Holdings group.

Network

The group holds and operates AS14054. Address space is provider-independent, IPv4 and IPv6. Routes are covered by RPKI ROAs and IRR objects. Points of presence are in Japan, Fremont (California) and Amsterdam.

Some points of presence are virtual PoPs (vPoPs) that run as proxies on third-party servers, and DNS runs on a third-party service.

GPU platform

Speech recognition, translation and transcription run on a GPU platform the group operates. We do not depend on third-party AI platforms, which keeps inference on our own equipment.

Software

All our services run on software developed in-house, and the group owns most of the equipment, including servers we build ourselves. Network, GPUs and software are operated by the same organization, so incidents are diagnosed and fixed without a vendor chain.

Monitoring and operations (SOC / NOC)

We run our own security operations center (SOC) and network operations center (NOC). We watch every layer our services depend on, from BGP routing to the operating system kernel. Inside the OS, we watch with an EDR we developed ourselves and use it across all our services.

Monitoring runs 24 hours a day from Amsterdam, San Jose and Tokyo, and we investigate and respond ourselves.

Data residency

  • Customer data is stored and processed on equipment the group owns and manages in Japan, the United States and the Netherlands. vPoPs relay traffic as proxies.
  • Per-product processing and storage locations are stated in the contract and the product data specification.
  • Transport is TLS-encrypted. Encryption at rest and backup practices are not published; we disclose them under NDA.

What we do not publish

Equipment vendors, specific prefixes, node topology, internal hostnames, the location of the GPU platform and our data-at-rest protection are not published here. We disclose what a security review needs under NDA.
