We run our SOC and NOC in-house. We watch every layer our services depend on, from BGP routing to the kernel of the servers' operating systems.

Monitoring continues 24 hours a day. When something looks wrong, we investigate and respond ourselves. purpleBeacs and our other services are watched the same way.
